Class Description
Remove the daily stress from your life and enjoy a low-impact workout with Middle Eastern dance. This is intended for all body types, genders, and for all ages. The class will learn Middle Eastern movements and rhythms with focus on understanding the different dance styles. This class will also begin to use dance props and work with zills (finger cymbals).
