Guitar for Beginners II

Class Description This class is for those who have had some guitar experience but may not know how to read music. Solo and group playing will be covered. Blues, classical, rock, jazz and folk are some of the styles that will be explored. Note reading, tablature, scales, chords and theory will be related to the guitar fingerboard. Bring a guitar with all six strings tuned and a pen or pencil. Please read: Materials fee: $15 for new students ($10 for sheet music, $5 for CD), payable to instructor on first day of class. For former Guitar I students, $5 for CD (and bring sheet music from previous class). No class on April 11.
